Rockstars!

This past weekend we made a road trip to VA beach for Mike's half-marathon and we had so much fun. Both he and Kate were rockstars! He ran his best ever at 1:39, and I'm bragging on him because we were so proud of him! Kate was fantastic all weekend and was very flexible, which she sometimes isn't. We enjoyed time with our friends' Susan and Hunter, who ran the race as well. Susan, Kate and I were wonderful supporters and we all enjoyed cheering them on with the beach to look at. Kate even got breakfast on the beach Sunday morning! :) It was nice to get out of the house and enjoy the pretty weather, even though it would have been even better if it had been about 30 degrees warmer...Spring is here though and that means warmer weather coming our way...we are ready!
