Happy Belated Easter Greetings!

It was quite a week in our household! Kate started cutting her first tooth mid-week and a runny nose accompanied it. Then my family came to visit and spend Easter with us and we had a full house and lots of fun. Kate enjoyed having so many faces to look at and her parents enjoyed all the extra hands! Our weekend involved us taking Kate to the ER because she had something blow into her eye the day before and after sleeping with it in there, it would not come out. It was horrible to witness her crying like that while they got the speck out, but after a good nap in her mama's arms, she was back to her normal happy self. Sunday morning she woke up happier, but her cold had progressed and so had her cough. You will note in these pictures, her nose is running down her face and she is very, very close to meltdown mode in most of the shots. Monday morning I took her to the Dr. and she had her first ear infection. She was laughing and talking in the dr.'s office, so you wouldn't even have known something was wrong with her. She has been quite the trooper!

I hope everyone had a wonderful and blessed Easter and was able to stop and be thankful for our Savior and the blessings He gives us daily.
