A Healthy Report!

Today Kate had her 2 month check-up and AHHH lots of shots! Her appointment began well with her doctor telling us how healthy and strong she looks. She weighed 12 pounds even today and was 22 1/4 inches long. So she has gained 4 pounds in 2 months and 2 1/4 inches in length. Then the appointment went downhill as the nurse took her down the hall (we went with the doctor into his office) and it wasn't long before we could hear the shreiking. But the moment she was back in daddy's arms, she was better and smiling again. We'll see if our little miss sunshine has a rough night or not.

Kate got a visit from two very good friends of ours from Fort Worth this past weekend and she loved meeting them. We also loved having them here and showing them this beautiful city. Mike also ran a 1/2 marathon (he set a new PR!) this past weekend... though, no pics of him completing it, but we all were there to see him finish, including Kate in the great baby bjorn with her hair blowing in the wind!
