I just returned from being home for a few days and got to celebrate this baby at a wonderful shower that some dear friends threw for me. It was really fun to see everyone and I got precious gifts for Baby Kate.

The Belly Bump Shot! My friend Kelly and I are due within 10 days of each other! Its been fun to compare bellies :). We're carrying just a tad bit differently!I am now 27 weeks along and entering my 3rd trimester. Its really been flying by and we have a lot to do in the nursery before we are ready. Mike is currently painting my red bed, for those of who remember that bed, an off-white color to match the rest of the room. It is not an easy task, but he is being a great sport!
I added this picture so the grandparents can see the dresser we bought for the room. I will send updates of the nursery once it looks more like one and not a room in the middle of a destruction phase :)

It's a little irritating how beautiful you are so preggers (and Kelly too!). So sad to have missed the shower- I heard it was one hot number and you got lots of great things. Miss you, love!
